This policy explains what CliniEd collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers clinied.com, the question banks and the Dengue Patient Care app.
What we collect
Account data: your name, email address and the exam pathway you select. Payment data: the reference and amount of a transaction — card numbers are handled by the payment provider and never reach our servers.
Usage data: the questions you attempt, your answers, timing and scores. This is what produces your analytics, and it is the only reason we keep it.
The Dengue Patient Care app
Entries you make in the app — symptoms, fluids, urine output, pulse and blood pressure — are stored on your own device by default. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to share a summary.
We do not sell, rent or broker health data under any circumstances.
How we use it
To give you access, to score attempts, to improve items that perform badly, and to answer your support requests. We send service email about your account, and product email only if you opt in.
Who we share it with
Processors who run the service for us — hosting, email delivery and payments — under contract, and only with what they need. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Attempt history stays for as long as your account is active, and for twelve months after it lapses so a returning candidate keeps their trend line. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Write to info@clinied.com and we will act within thirty days.
Cookies are used to keep you signed in and to count page views. You can block them; sign-in will stop working.
Changes
Material changes are announced on this page and by email to active accounts before they take effect.
Questions about this page? Write to info@clinied.com. This is a plain-language summary written for a pilot service, not legal advice.
