Dengue Patient Care Mobile app
Track a dengue illness day by day, and know when to go in.
A companion app for patients and carers through the febrile, critical and recovery phases: log temperature, fluids and platelet counts, and get a plain warning when a reading crosses a threshold that needs a doctor.
Open dengue.clinied.comFree to use. A record, not a diagnosis — the app never replaces a clinical assessment.

The warning signs it watches for
When the fever settles between day three and day seven, the critical phase can begin. Any one of these in the app triggers a red banner telling the user to attend hospital now.
- Severe abdominal pain or tenderness
- Persistent vomiting — three or more times in an hour
- Bleeding from the gums or nose, or blood in vomit or stool
- Restlessness, drowsiness or sudden change in behaviour
- Cold, clammy hands and feet, or passing little urine
- Rapid drop in platelets with a rising haematocrit
The three phases
Where the app places you, counted from the first day of fever.
- Day 1–3
- Febrile High fever, aches, rash. The app logs temperature and fluid intake.
- Day 3–7
- Critical Fever falls but risk rises. Warning-sign checks run twice daily here.
- Day 7+
- Recovery Appetite returns and platelets recover. Checks taper off.
Follows the WHO dengue case classification. Not a substitute for review by a clinician.
